REFUND POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund.
How to Start a Return or Refund Request
To start a request, you must contact us at kdmshiping@gmail.com.
Please include the following in your email to speed up the process:

Clear photos or a short video showing the issue (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).
Evaluation Process: Once we receive your email, we will evaluate the issue. In many cases involving defective or damaged goods, we may offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you, without the need to return the physical item.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. We are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, such as:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding the item you have. Once the refund or replacement is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item or we will ship the replacement.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your case (or inspected your return, if applicable) to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
